Do you really hand-make every bottle? Yes, we do! We hand-make every bottle of Mister-E-Liquid just for you after your order has been placed. Even our premium glass bottle lines are hand-mixed in bulk.
Because many of our flavors do gain strength and body as they age, we recommend ordering early so your bottles have a week or two to steep somewhere cool and dark, but being humans ourselves, we recognize there's not always enough time for that, so rest assured: all our flavors are designed to be great as soon as you receive the bottle! Some of them get even better if you let them sit, it's true, but they're all great from day one!
What nicotine strength should I use? We get this question almost every day, and there really isn't a simple answer: it depends on how much you smoked previously, and what type of hardware you’re vaping with: the more powerful your device is, the more you’re likely to want to reduce the nicotine in your e-liquid, since you will be receiving much more vapor per draw. But assuming you’re using lower-powered devices like our starter kits, most of our “pack a day” or less smokers are vaping at 9mg - 12mg. Our “more than a pack a day” smokers are vaping at 18mg - 24mg. If you are unsure, start at 9mg. It is a nice halfway point and has a very nice throat hit, so you feel more like you are smoking. If you feel you need more nic, then bump your next order up to 12mg, etc.
Of course, if you’re starting vaping with a more powerful device and a high-vapor tank, you’ll want to adjust your starting nicotine level appropriately. What is VG and what percentage should I choose? VG, or Vegetable Glycerin, is derived from natural vegetation. It is used in e-liquid as a thickening agent. There are pros and cons to VG and changing the amount of VG can drastically change an e-liquid; for example, increased VG typically increases the amount of exhaled vapor, but VG is not a great flavor carrier and will also detract from the throat hit received. To use higher VG, a higher wattage is preferred, which will also increase the amount of flavor produced. Choosing the correct percentage can only be done with trial and error, but we have made it easy for you: each e-liquid on our site for which custom VG levels are available has a VG guide under the product image to help you choose. We offer a variety of ratios to satisfy any user or situation, any of which can be selected when choosing the options for your e-liquid order.
What is "Ice"? "Ice" is our proprietary name for menthol, which can be added to nearly any Mister-E-Liquid flavor. We offer three levels of menthol: Ice 1, Ice 3, and Ice 5. If you're not sure what level to choose, try Ice 3 and move up or down from there!
Why can't I get extra flavor anymore? New FDA regulations require us to strictly control the options we offer, and to never vary from those options. While we regret the loss of customer choice, we can't deny the safety benefits of product consistency and label transparency, which we've always championed. But yeah, we miss it, too. :(

Where are you located? In addition to our online presence, Mister-E-Liquid has several brick-and-mortar retail stores. In Michigan, we have retail stores located in Belmont, Kentwood, Grand Rapids, Okemos, and Niles; in Illinois, we have BloNoSmoke retail stores in Decatur, Lincoln, and Springfield.
Our corporate headquarters and shipping facility are located in the great state of Michigan, in our second-largest city: Grand Rapids. One of the only growing cities in Michigan, Grand Rapids is known for our museums, art fairs, music festivals, furniture industry, Amway, and great colleges, and is well-known for being one of the greenest cities in America, with the most LEED-Certified skyline in the US. With over 1.5 million residents in the greater Grand Rapids area, and being only 40 minutes from Lake Michigan, Grand Rapids is a wonderful place to visit and vacation. Our headquarters is also the home of our Grand Rapids retail store, so you should always feel welcome to come visit us! Also, being in a large city, our shipments reach their destination faster. Our shipments are shipped at the USPS hub which can save up to 2 days on your shipment.

How are California orders handled? Due to the recent California regulation, the sale and shipping of E-liquid and Electronic Cigarettes is subject to some extra verification steps when the customer is a resident of, or is shipping to, the State of California. The first thing you will notice is a delay in the production of your order. This so that we can comply with the STAKE act, and place a call to verify that you placed the order, and that the order isn't fraudulent in any way. After your order is placed it will be placed into a verification required status, and we will place a call to you after 5:00 p.m. PST (as dictated by the STAKE act) to confirm that you placed the order. If you did, there is nothing more for you to do, and the order will enter production the next day. If you receive a call for an order that you did not place, please contact our customer service department during normal business hours. If for some reason our calling system can not get a hold of you at the normal time, a customer service representative will call you the next morning to make sure that we can release your order for production as soon as possible.
California residents must also verify that they are over 21. The over 21 verification occurs during the checkout using our standard age verification system.Also, for all California customers, we need to verify that your billing, shipping, and credit card addresses are the same, and are verified. To accomplish this verification we have disabled billing and shipping to different addresses when the order is placed by a California customer. There is also a restriction on shipping to PO Boxes, therefore, PO Box shipments have also been disabled.
