Mister-E-Liquid takes the safety of our employees and our customers seriously, and so we rigorously follow a variety of measures intended to protect everyone from the spread of COVID-19, both in our corporate offices and production and shipping facilities, and in our local Mister-E's and BloNoSmoke stores.
All employees of the Mister-E-Liquid family are trained to the requirements that have been set forth by OSHA as they pertain to the infectious nature and mitigation risks of COVID-19. Any staff members that can work remotely are doing so.
For those employees who do have to work in one of our facilities, everyone is required to take their temperature upon arrival at any work location and record it via a secure manner, as well as complete a series of screening questions - guidance for which comes from CDC and local health departments - before each shift, and abide by safety requirements set forth by the company. Naturally, all staff are required to stay home when they are sick or not feeling well!
Once inside, social distancing is practiced throughout the workplace, and our facilities are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis, including high touch points daily.
And that's in addition to the rigorous ISO 14644-1 standards to which our Class 6 cleanroom production lab is kept at all times! We have always been, and we will always be, fully dedicated to your safety, and the quality of our products.
Local Retail: Mister-E's and BloNoSmoke Stores
In our Mister-E's and BloNoSmoke stores, we follow the requirements and recommendations set out by the Department of Health and Human Services for Retail Stores. As in all our facilities, all our store employees are required to take their temperature upon arrival at the store, and record it via a secure manner, complete a series of screening questions, and abide by safety requirements set forth by the company.
All our employees wear masks, and we require customers to wear masks while in the store. Our employees wash their hands frequently and sanitize their hands between customers.
We sterilize all surfaces of the store before we open, and we sterilize the store surfaces and common areas throughout the day. We are limiting the number of customers in the stores, and practice social distancing in the store. We have set up socially-distant lanes for customers to follow around our products and to our checkout. Obviously, we have discontinued our "sample sessions" for the duration.
We offer call-ahead service for placing juice orders so customers can limit the amount of time they are in the store, and we offer curbside service as an alternative to in-store if the customer chooses.
