We will replace any item that is DOA (dead on arrival).

All batteries and chargers come with a 30 day warranty.  If you need to return a prodcut please log into your account, navigate to past orders and issue an RMA (return for that product).  There will be no restocking fees.

Unfortunately atomizers do not have a warranty, and our prices reflect that.

Threading is also not under warranty due to potential cross-threading.

We cannot take returns on E-Liquid for safety reasons.  Thanks for your understanding!
